Paring & Utility Knives
The Paring Knife’s small, narrow blade tapers to a point at the tip which makes it perfect to trim, slice, and peel small produce such as garlic and herbs.

The Carving Knife has a long, narrow blade and pointed tip which allows the knife to cleanly cut through meats and guide it away from the bone.

Chopping & Mincing
These chopping and mincing knives offer a long curved blade with a comfort grip above the blade. The rocking action used to cut foods into very small pieces with ease.

Knife Sharpening can be easy, with the right tool. Comfort of use is typically the biggest hurdle. Not all of us are ok with using a sharpening steel, but thats ok. Electric Sharpeners, and other handheld sharpeners are available.

This is typically a heavy, large knife designed to be swung like a hammer. A primary use is to cut through thin or soft bones such as on a chicken. The weight of the knife aids in the ease of use.
